African Health care providers in the diaspora

According to Newspaper reports from Sierra Leone, a returning Sierra Leonean physician from the United States has established a new hospital in the capital Freetown. Is this the trend that we should see more often by African health care providers in the diaspora? If you are a health care provider what has been your experience including constraints to going back home? If you are not in the health care field, what do you expect from your colleagues in the field who work primarily in foreign countries?
